Post traveller clean up

Last year 2016 we the council tax payers contributed to the clean up of Cantley Park and Kentwood Meadows.

Probably contributed to the 4.6% increase in council tax in 2017 by @wokinghambc

As the travellers are back again in Cantley (April/May 2017) due in the main by Wokingham BC not sealing up the entries we will have more costs again this year.

Looking forward to another inflation busting council tax increase in 2018 then?
