Most times we don't like to see graffiti but in Wokingham for once the council seem to have a good idea and letting the young people put a bit of brightness as you queue in your car near Elms Field.
To graffiti changes quite often so it is always worth a look to see what has changed. The downside of this though is that sometimes your favourite piece of graffiti gets painted over with something that you like less such as in this picture below where One of my favourite cartoon characters started to disappear. 😕
