Not sure why this car has been abandoned in Wokingham town centre? Looks unsightly and takes up a space others could use.
Who is responsible for getting rid of it - if it is either @wokinghambc or the police then council tax payers will be footing the bill.
No doubt the person who dumped it will get off Scot free but hopefully not?
