It's new playtime

I can see that @WokinghamBC  have put up some new swings  in the small park between  Shefford Crescent and Headington Drive. This is good of them as the old ones were looking at little bit shabby.    

I can see where some of my 4.6% increase in 2017, over twice the rate of inflation council tax has been spent.    

Sorry to pour cold water on this endeavour but I have never seen any children in this playground at any time in the past five years.
