Local Barbers

I enjoy going to the
Local Barbers off of the Waitrose car park. They cut hair pretty well but
recently they seem to have been taking some steps backwards:

• They no longer open on a Sunday – as I only have the weekends really to get there
  (or a Thursday evening when I am not too tired) so this is a big opportunity
  missed. 
• The music – if they put on Radio Rock (I think) this is OK but sometimes the CD’s etc. that are put on are just noise. Maybe I am getting old?
• Xmas and Easter etc. as soon as a bank holiday comes up they seem to close for the entire weekend plus some more days? Again, as I work Monday to Friday it is only really weekends and holidays that are convenient for a haircut. So why not close on other less busy days?
• The loyalty scheme – what happened to that? Had about 4 goes with this (putting my
  details on a database) expecting to get something like a free haircut after 6 shearing’s
  then it is announced that they are no longer running this?

It was a good barbers but for me now it seems to have lost some direction….
